Return and Exchange policy
Thank you for ordering from AVADDOR. If you have questions about your order, please contact customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in its expected condition please contact customer service immediately.
Except as otherwise provided, Avaddor has a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Avaddor reserves the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) not in the original, undamaged packaging; (3) worn; (4) altered; (5)washed; (6)or damaged in any way. Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and do not remove protective slip. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return, including hygienic liner. Products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned to Buyer.
Buyer must make all claims to shipping carrier for packages lost or damaged in transit. AVADDOR is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside its control such as weather. AVADDOR does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. AVADDOR reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at AVADDOR’s sole discretion.
According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.

Please complete the Exchange/Return form included with your purchase.You will receive a label via email and apply to the box and return addressed to our attention. If you have any questions or need assistance please email us at: email@example.com.
All items must be sent with the note No Commercial Value on the invoice and the product cost must be under 20 EUR to prevent customs problems. In case.
Please note, AVADDOR is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products.
After the package reaches our warehouse, allow us around 2 or 3 business days to verify the integrity of the items.
Once your return has been accepted, the refund process will be issued as soon as possible to the card used in the original purchase, in the same currency.
Our reimbursement process takes between 3 and 9 business days to be completed. The time the credit will be restored in your account depends on your banking procedures.
Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. In the event you return item(s) from an order that was qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
