Shipping

AVADDOR ships worldwide and, provides Express Shipping WorldWide option by DHL.
Orders in Romania are shipped by FAN COURIER.

Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
As AVADDOR delivers by a registered courier service, a signature is required upon delivery. Therefore, AVADDOR recommends you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers’ name. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, DHL will leave a card with the details on how to pick up your order or re-arrange delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or Fleet Post Office addresses.

DHL EXPRESS WorldWide: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

AVADDOR ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Order Tracking

As soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email, containing a tracking number of your purchase. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment.

Failed Deliveries

In the case where we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, AVADDOR is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, AVADDOR is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
